Join the Foundry Crew

The Foundry Crew are casual staff members who act as the face of Foundry in the North and South of Tassie. The Crew are involved in running and maintaining our rapidly increasing event roster in 2017, distributing our street publication Lume magazine. The Foundry Crew act as the first port of call not only for Tasmanian creatives interested in furthering their education, but also the wider community. These positions are casual positions and would be suited to students, freelancers, or anyone wanting to be more connected to the Foundry team and vision.

What we are looking for

  • A love for Tasmania and supporting Tasmanian talent
  • Flexibility to work day and evening shifts ranging from 2 hours to full days
  • A strong understanding of who Foundry is and our vision for Tasmania
  • An ability to comfortably and effortlessly interact with event attendees
  • Creativity that extends to event logistics, post-event reporting, strong initiative and other administrative tasks
  • Driver's license and clean driving record. (Fines = ok, DWI's = not ok)
  • Event set-up, including audio-visuals - training provided
  • An awesome personality, we are looking for unique individuals with unique traits and characteristics
